This month, WizKid will be taking his Starboy Fest to his local Nigeria, organizing the victory occasion in Lagos after generally selling out London’s O2 Arena for the UK iteration in October. But just ahead of its arrival, he has arrived with a surprise new project under the Starboy alias, dropping off SoundMan Vol. 1.
Going solid on seven tracks, WizKid brings a couple of colleagues curious to see what happens, enrolling the abilities of Chronixx, Kel-P, and DJ Tunez on the exertion. The release is adequately a complimentary gift that comes through his Star Boy Entertainment imprint, outside of his standard commitments to RCA and makes for an invigorating finish of year release from the global star.
Preceding this, WizKid has been prodding our palates with the appearance of his “Ghetto Love” and “Joro” singles. At the same time, we anticipate the authority follow-up to 2017’s Sounds From The Other Side collection. For the present, SoundMan will do fine and dandy.
